DIET TIPS

Try to follow these nutritional rules daily:



* 3-5 servings of vegetables.


* 2-4 servings of fruit.


* 6-11 servings of bread, cereal, rice and pasta.


* 2-3 servings of low-fat milk and milk products.


* 2-3 serving of lean meat, poultry, fish, dried beans, eggs and nuts.


* Prepare meals with little or no added fat (try to avoid saturated fat), salt and sugar.


* Drink plenty of liquids each day.


* Look at your portions.


* Cut the fat* Watch the calories.


* Making healthy choices when eating out.
